![]() Perennial Monitoring Systems was created with a single question…Why? Why do some companies have greater engine maintenance expenses than others? Why do some of the smallest problems seem to continuously reoccur in the same organization? In every case, a lack of accurate information was the key behind this inability to properly identify the true cause of failure; to take proper corrective action; to reduce costs; to essentially solve the problem. Perennial Monitoring Systems' sole mission is to provide resources that allow for the effective proactive maintenance of heavy duty diesel engines. The first project was the design and development the world's first low cost, high tech engine monitor designed to provide all operators with a resource often afforded only by larger companies. The 24/7 EZ-WATCH engine monitor eliminates any questions regarding the historical operation and current condition of your engine. This unit provides management with 30 days of real time operating data recorded from 11 sensors every 5 seconds. This powerful database provides accurate information on all aspects of the engine’s performance so you spend less time identifying the problem and more time correcting it. One of the most common complaints we have heard over the years is the persistent and costly problems with fuel filters and injectors. It has become an accepted practice to swap out both of these at all too frequent intervals. Combining experience with research, we learned that even the cleanest fuel contains live microorganisms commonly known as “bugs”. These bugs such as algae, yeast and a host of other organisms, cling to one another creating filter and injector clogging clumps and mats. The FUEL MAG is a single magnet, in-line device that creates a magnetic field strong enough to instantly break these live microorganisms down to their original form. Because these bugs are smaller than the typical 5-7 micron range of most fuel filters, they pass directly through the filter and are burned in the combustion chamber. As a result, this small inexpensive device can save you a great amount of time and money traditionally spent with on engine parts and associated downtime. Perennial Monitoring Systems is proud to offer you these products and appreciate the positive feedback we have received from those who employ them. We will continue to seek out additional products and services designed to reduce the expense and headaches associated the operation of heavy-duty diesel engines. |
